After my FDLP webinar on text mining government documents, I was approached by a member of the Education Committee for the Midwest Archives Conference (MAC) who explained that one of her colleagues told her about my FDLP webinar and how accessible it was for text mining neophytes. She asked if I would be willing to conduct a half day workshop for the MAC conference on April 6, 2017, which I agreed. With the assistance of Megan Malone from MSU Archives, we presented a half day workshop in Omaha, NE.
